Advanced Group Services may also obtain your personal information from a third party; for example, from one of your nominated referees; when receiving the results of a competency test; or obtaining performance feedback about your work. Personal information provided to Advanced Group Services by applicants will be used only for the recruitment and selection process.

  • to enable consultants to better service your career requirements if you are employed by Advanced Group Services on a temporary or contract basis

It may be necessary for us to hold records for an extended period of time. Applications and resumes of successful applicants will be retained on file. When we deem it that your information is no longer needed, we will remove any details that will identify you or securely destroy the records.

You can access the personal information that Advanced Group Services holds about you unless the granting of said access would infringe another person’s privacy, would prejudice negotiations, or would reveal information generated within Advanced Group Services in connection with a commercially sensitive decision-making process.

To do this, you will be required to provide proof of your identity.
