Kayleigh Beedell is our new Resource Manager, who brings a wealth of customer service and sales experience to her role. Kayleigh is a natural talker who started her careers as a PA for a well-known travel company in London. After being recognised for her professionalism and ability to deal with complex service issues Kayleigh was soon promoted to service agent, finally landing a senior role in Sales and Training before heading to Australia to start a new adventure “I enjoyed a successful career in both retail travel and customer service but decided to relocate to Australia for my own personal growth”

Arriving in Sydney just over 2 years ago, Kayleigh moved into a ‘white collar resourcer role’ and has never looked back “Recruitment has been the most challenging sector I have been in but I am very much enjoying it and look forward to what’s ahead”

Resourcing for all blue collar roles within Advanced Group Kayleigh will be focusing on developing long term relationships and partnering with his clients and candidates to ensure their business needs and career goals are achieved.
