Employee of the Month July 2020

Congratulations to Juan Palacio our Employee of the Month for July.

Juan has been working for Advanced Group for over a year. He is an experienced and multi-skilled labourer with vast experience working on large civil sites carrying out a range of civil works including earthworks, piling and demolition.

Juan was nominated by his Labour Manager Greg for being a valuable and loyal member of the team. This is what Greg had to say…

“Juan never fails to go above and beyond what is expected of him. I can always rely on Juan to turn up to site when I ask him, even if it’s at short notice. His positive attitude, reliability and all-round dedication means that I want to keep him in work and I am confident that he will make a great impression when I to send him to new clients. Thank you Juan for your hard work, we couldn’t do what we do without team members like you”

Juan popped into the office to collect his reward this week and we took the opportunity to ask him a few questions about his experience working with Advanced Group and this is what he had to say…

“Advanced Group always manage to place me on big projects which provide me with long term work, often with the opportunity to work 6 days and week. Working with other agencies in Sydney I have only ever managed to secure 3 or 4 days work a week which is not enough.

My Labour Manager Greg is so easy to deal with, if I have any issues or I ever need to reach him he is always accessible. Greg always goes out his way to find me work, often contacting me late in the evening to make sure I have work for the next day.”
