Employee of the the Month August 2020

Congratulations to Tom Wilson our Employee of the Month for August.

Tom is an experienced and knowledgeable Skilled Labourer with a strong background working on large demo and civil sites in Sydney. Tom is highly proficient in all aspects of labouring work, site preparation and onsite support.

Since joining Advanced Group 6 months ago, Tom has managed to make a name for himself with clients who repeatedly tell us that he is a great worker, highly reliable and extremely capable on site.

Tom was nominated by his Labour Manager Anthony for being a valuable and loyal member of the team. This is what Anthony had to say…

“Tom is a valuable member of the team. He understands time-frames and deadlines and makes himself useful on site, which mean clients often want to keep hold of him and will specifically ask for Tom when they place an order.  His positive attitude, reliability and all-round dedication has earnt him Employee of the Month. Many thanks for all your hard work Tom, we couldn’t do what we do without team members like you”

Tom popped into the office to collect his reward this week and we took the opportunity to ask him a few questions about his experience working with Advanced Group and this is what he had to say…

“Anthony is friendly, helpful and professional. When I start a new job he checks up to see how everything is going and to make sure I am happy. I have worked for a number of agencies in Sydney, but not always picked up regular work especially during recent months. Advanced Group have so far managed to keep me in work which has made life so much easier for me. They are a great company to work for, I have been well looked after from day one and I hope that I can continue working with them for the foreseeable future”
